Do I point the finger at my ISP/WiFi connection for not protecting me, social networks for posting information on hacking, or at myself?

Interesting thought about online/internet communal relationships. I think your question goes both ways, since there must be an established mutual understanding about the parameters within the group "ground rules," before information sharing begins and with whom such info is being shared.
